The Youth Company is a pre-professional company whose members include the Pre-Professional level and selected members of Level 7 of the Children's Division.
The Youth Company was created to provide aspiring dancers with the practical experience of working within a company. They have the opportunity to work with guest choreographers, perform a wide range of professional level repertoire, and have first consideration for all principal roles in The Nutcracker and Spring performances.
Selected members of the Youth Company traveled to Austria in the summer of 2003 for the annual Tanzsommer Festival in Innsbruck and Vienna.
Auditions for the Youth Company are held at the beginning of the school year. A rehearsal/production fee is required to participate.
