Beginner and Above, Performance Workshop with Robin Dekkers (March–May 2026)

Adult Open Division dancers are invited to join members of the Youth Division and Studio Company, Dance for PD® participants, and Guest Artists in Robin Dekkers’ Folk, a new, thirty-minute work set to the Kronos Quartet’s reimagining of Pete Seeger’s songs. This new contemporary ballet brings together multiple generations of dancers in a shared moment of movement and community, offering a powerful and timely work for today.

Level: Dancers eligible for participation in this performance workshop will have been attending Adult Open Division classes regularly at the Beginner level ('firm knowledge of the fundamentals and 1.5+ years of training experience') or higher.

Schedule:

Dancers are welcome to arrive at 6:45pm to warm-up in Studio 2 for the first seven rehearsals.
