Yoga and Conditioning Workshop for Dancers with Colin Frederick (January 2026): Single Class
Take time to recharge and restore in the new year with a five week yoga and conditioning workshop designed for dancers. This hour-long Friday evening class offers supplemental conditioning to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while helping you unwind from the week. Treat yourself to mindful movement and self-care in the new year. Make space to move, breathe, and feel your best both in and out of the studio!
